Antistatic PU belts (AS)
The entire KMB TPU range comes with antistatic property as standard. Smooth, non-porous surface without particle generation. Ideal for transporting PCBs, electronic blisters and SMD components. The AS property dissipates static charge before it can damage sensitive components.
Belts with controlled ESD
Specific model with electrical resistance of 10⁸ Ω for environments requiring regulated electrostatic discharge according to ESD standards. Complies with ANSI/ESD S20.20 and IEC 61340 standards for protection of sensitive electronic devices.
Silicone belts (SI)
KMB offers belts with silicone cover for high-temperature applications (-10 °C to +150 °C) in soldering, curing or handling of heat-sensitive components. EM60 and EM120 models with 1–2 plies.
Homogeneous belts for cleanrooms
No internal fabric, no fibre emission. SOLID TPU models with FDA for environments with airborne particle control. Cleanroom-compatible classification. The single-material surface is easy to clean and does not accumulate contaminants between production cycles.
