Conveyor belts for the paper industry

Rubber and PVC solutions for paper mills and cardboard plants: resistance to continuous moisture, chemical bleaching agents and abrasion from pulp, reels and recycled paper.

Paper mills operate under conditions of constant moisture, exposure to bleaching chemicals and high abrasion from transporting pulp, paper and cardboard. Belts must withstand these environments without degrading or contaminating the product.

At NFP Industrial we offer rubber belts from Zhejiang Fuda Rubber with chemical resistance (class A1/A2/A3) for pulp and chemical transport, and lightweight belts from Kunming Conveyor Belt for finishing, cutting and packaging lines.

Recommended belts for paper mills

  • Chemical-resistant rubber (Fuda): for pulp processing areas with exposure to NaOH and acids. Class A1 certification (HCl 18%), A2 (H₂SO₄ 50%) and A3 (NaOH 48%).
  • Moisture and abrasion-resistant rubber (Fuda): grade L or D for transporting reels and recycled paper. Withstands continuous wear from fibrous and wet materials.
  • Antistatic PVC (KMB): for cutting and packaging lines where static charge can damage paper or cause jams in automatic stackers.
  • Flame-retardant PVC (KMB): models with FR feature for areas at risk of fire from paper dust. Regulatory compliance in paper and cardboard warehouses.
