The KMB TPU range with standard FDA is the usual choice in dairy plants. The non-porous surface resists the build-up of dairy proteins and makes cleaning between shifts easy. Available in white and blue (detectable for quality control).

  • Working temperature: -10 °C to +70 °C — covers cold rooms and pasteurisation

Homogeneous belts for intensive washdown

ESM (TPO) and SOLID TPU models without internal fabric for areas subjected to pressure water washing two or three times per shift. The absence of textile layers eliminates the risk of contaminant absorption.

  • ESM (TPO): 90 Shore A hardness, FDA, -10 °C to +60 °C
  • SOLID TPU: 93 Shore A hardness, FDA, 2% elongation
  • Compatible with CIP detergents: NaOH, HNO₃, peracetic acid
