Industrial rubber sheets

Rubber sheets for floor lining, anti-abrasion protection, electrical insulation, gaskets and vibration damping in industrial plants. Supply with delivery in Europe and Latin America.

Industrial rubber sheets are rubber laminations used as floor lining, anti-abrasion protection, electrical insulation, gaskets, vibration damping and lining of hoppers, ducts and machinery. Their versatility makes them an essential ancillary product in any industrial plant.

At NFP Industrial we supply rubber sheets in various compounds, thicknesses, hardnesses and surface finishes, with delivery in Europe and Latin America.

Types of rubber sheets available

By compound

SBR (styrene-butadiene)

General use, good abrasion resistance

NBR (nitrile)

Resistant to oils and fats — for workshops, food industry with greases

EPDM

Resistant to weathering, ozone and chemicals — for outdoor use and gaskets

Neoprene (CR)

Resistant to oils, weathering and moderate heat

Silicone

High temperature (-60 °C to +200 °C) — for gaskets in ovens and food processing

Natural rubber (NR)

Maximum elasticity and tear resistance

By surface finish

Smooth

Flat and homogeneous surface

Ribbed

Grooved — non-slip for flooring

Button stud

Non-slip for corridors and transit areas

Diamond

Decorative non-slip

Fabric inserted

Greater mechanical strength

By hardness

From 40 Shore A (very soft, vibration damping) to 80 Shore A (hard, mechanical resistance).

Applications

  • Industrial flooring: Corridors, transit areas, workshops, machine rooms
  • Hopper and duct lining: Protection against abrasion
  • Gaskets and seals: EPDM and neoprene for watertightness
  • Electrical insulation: Dielectric sheets for electrical panels and substations
  • Vibration damping: Under rotating machinery
  • Surface protection: Work tables, workshop benches, loading areas
