Recommended belts for automotive

Oil-resistant PVC belts (assembly lines)

Models with AO (anti oil) feature for handling parts with residual cutting oil, coolants and lubricants. Matt surface to prevent metal parts from sliding. Ideal for assembly lines where parts pass through multiple stations.

PU belts for internal logistics

Component transport between stations, handling of lightweight parts, visual inspection lines. Antistatic (AS) to prevent charge build-up on vehicle electronic components: ECUs, sensors, control modules.

Rubber belts for heavy transport (Fuda)

For foundries, stamping and bulk component transport. Fuda EP or NN belts with high-abrasion cover (grade D) and oil resistance (MOR/OR). Widths up to 2400 mm for high-capacity conveyors on pressing lines.

Heat-resistant belts

For areas near welding, oven painting or foundry processes. Fuda high-temperature belts with surface-resistant cover up to 180 °C. Essential in paint booths and body curing ovens.
