Conveyor belts for logistics and warehouses

Logistics centres, automated warehouses and distribution platforms need belts that combine lightness, resistance and reliability in continuous operation. Package sorting, sorters, curves, spirals, palletising lines and accumulation belts require specific solutions at each point of the circuit.

Recommended belts for logistics warehouses

PVC belts for sorting and sorters

2–3 ply models with smooth or lightly textured surface. Antistatic (AS) to prevent charge build-up in parcels. Widths up to 4000 mm for high-capacity sorters in e-commerce distribution centres.

Low-elongation belts (SOLID / PVK)

For long lines where belt deformation creates tracking problems and performance losses. SOLID models with 2% elongation and PVK models with continuous PVC impregnation throughout the entire carcass.

• •SOLID elongation: 2% at nominal load — minimum stretch on lines of 50+ metres
• •PVK: total impregnation that eliminates moisture and dust penetration

Belts with guides and cleats

High-frequency welded lateral guides for systems with curves. Cleats 10–100 mm high for inclined transport of boxes and packages. All manufactured in PVC or TPU and welded directly onto the belt carcass.

Loading dock belts

Specific KMB models for loading docks: double-ply EM120 belts with low elongation, wear-resistant to the constant passage of pallets and easy to splice on-site without dismantling the conveyor.
